Return Policy

Return:

We are a start-up and we go to great lengths to give you a good impression of our goods through product photos and detailed descriptions. We hope to keep "unnecessary" returns as low as possible.

Of course it can happen that an ordered part does not fit or that it does not turn out to your complete satisfaction. You therefore have the right to return an item and receive a refund within 14 days of receipt. For this, the item must be unworn and with the original label. Worn or washed goods cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Please inform us by e-mail to hugsandfreckles@gmail.com about your cancellation request and send the goods back to us within 14 days of receipt:

Please note that you bear the costs of the return. We do not create any return slips and we do not assume any return costs.

We will process your return as soon as possible. Please give us a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your return to arrange your reimbursement.
